Exploration of Innovative Paths for Food Education in Universities from the Perspective of"Integration of Five Education"
In order to better serve the Chinese modernization and healthy China strategy,implement the fundamental task of"cultivating virtues and cultivating people",effectively improve the nutritional literacy of college students,help them develop healthy eating habits,inherit excellent Chinese food culture,promote their own nutrition and health,and provide new ideas for college personnel training.Based on the food education mode in colleges and universities,this paper considers the value of food education in colleges and universities from the research perspective of"five-education integration",analyzes the current situation and existing problems of food education in colleges and universities,establishes a comprehensive education mechanism,constructs a curriculum system of"five-integration,four-dimension,two-line,two-course,and both sexes",builds a team of professional and part-time food education talents,expands the path of practical education,and innovatively promotes the construction of food education in colleges and universities.
