综述含有桑椹提取物的活性智能包装膜在食品行业的应用.随着石油资源匮乏和白色污染加剧,可再生、可降解、环保型的包装膜已成为行业发展趋势.如今活性智能包装膜已被广泛应用于食品领域,而桑椹作为一种富含多种生物活性成分的天然植物,具有抗氧化、抗菌和保鲜等功能.该综述以文献筛选、数据收集和分析为方法,总结在活性智能包装膜中应用桑椹提取物的研究进展.研究发现桑椹提取物可改善包装膜性能,延长食品货架寿命,保持新鲜度.然而,当前研究仍存在一些限制,包括桑椹提取物的稳定性和对食品感官特性的影响等.因此,未来的研究应着重解决这些问题,并进一步探索桑椹提取物在活性智能包装膜领域的应用潜力.
Application of Intelligent Packaging Film Containing Mulberry Extract Activity
The application of active intelligent packaging film containing mulberry extract in food industry was reviewed.With the shortage of oil resources and the aggravation of white pollution,renewable,degradable and environmentally friendly packaging film has become the development trend of the industry.Nowadays,active intelligent packaging film has been widely used in the field of food,and mulberry,as a natural plant rich in a variety of bioactive ingredients,has antioxidant,antibacterial and fresh-keeping functions.Based on literature screening,data collection and analysis,summary the research progress of mulberry extract in active intelligent packaging film.It is found that mulberry extract could improve the properties of packaging film,prolong the shelf life of food and maintain freshness.However,there are still some limitations in current research,including the stability of mulberry extract and its influence on food sensory properties.Therefore,future research should focus on solving these problems,and further explore the application potential of mulberry extract in the field of active intelligent packaging film.
