How to Carry Out the Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Food Engineering Professional Training——Take"Fermented Food Production Technology"as An Example
In the process of training food engineering talents,according to the talent training plan,we should fully excavate the ideological and political contents of professional courses,appropriate integration of values,problem analysis,design/development of solutions,engineering and society,environment and sustainable development,and professional norms into professional classroom teaching,to train food engineering professionals who are good at food science and to meet the needs of the society,so as to ensure the safety of food production.
