摘要

乡村振兴是一项涉及广泛、影响深远的战略,对于整个国家和社会的可持续发展都具有重要意义.人才是第一资源,是乡村振兴的基础,而高等教育是培养各类专业人才的重要平台.通过对高等教育课程的改革,可为乡村振兴提供更加坚实支柱.在乡村振兴的大环境下,结合"产学研一体化"的高校建设趋势,提出"园艺产品采后生理及贮运加工"课程应有的改革目标及改革措施.以服务乡村振兴、促进"产学研一体化"为出发点,培养学生专业自信;借助"科技小院"的便利条件,锻炼学生实操技能;与企业达成合作关系,加快科技成果转化,培养新时代理论知识与实践能力并重的专业型人才.

Abstract

Rural revitalization is an extensive and far-reaching strategy,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the whole country and society.Talents are the first resource and the foundation of rural revitalization,and higher education is an important platform for cultivating all kinds of professionals.Through the reform of higher education curriculum,it can provide a more solid pillar for rural revitalization.Under the environment of rural revitalization,combined with the trend of"integration of industry,academia and research"in the construction of higher education,put forward the reform objectives and reform measures for the course of"Post-Harvest Physiology and Storage and Processing of Horticultural Products".Taking the service of rural revitalization and the promotion of"integration of industry-university-research"as the starting point,cultivate students'professional self-confidence;Make use of the convenience of"science and technology courtyard"to exercise students'practical skills,and enter into partnership with enterprises to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,so as to cultivate students with both theoretical knowledge and practical ability in the new era.
