摘要

食品安全抽检的规范对食品抽样检验机构实验室检测结果的公正性、准确性,代表性有着重要的影响,在网络抽样环节中抽取到具有一定代表性的样品至关重要.食用农产品作为公众日常生活的必需品,关系到千家万户,其安全和保障受到越来越高的关注和重视.文章对网络环节中的行为规范和有效性进行分析和总结,旨在为抽样工作提供借鉴,为食用农产品网络抽检和质量监督提供助力.

Abstract

The standardization of food safety sampling has an important impact on the fairness,accuracy,and representativeness of laboratory test results of food sampling inspection institutions.It is crucial to select representative samples in the network sampling process.As a necessity of public daily life,edible agricultural products are related to thousands of households,and their safety and security are receiving increasing attention and importance.This article analyzes and summarizes the behavioral norms and effectiveness in the network process,aiming to provide reference for sampling work and assist in online sampling and quality supervision of edible agricultural products.
