In order to accurately,uniformly and rapidly determine the solid content(mass fraction)in the concentrate of paper-making reconstituted tobacco,the soluble solid content in the concentrate is determined by refractometric method and by classical gas chromatography simultaneously method,through the establishment of the standard curve,the repeatability of the method,the intermediate precision of the method,the co-validation experiment,detection comparison of different measuring instruments and the determination of the products of the reconstituted tobacco enterprise.The SRSD measured by the same experimenter on the same sample is less than 0.20％,the SRSD measured by different experimenters on the same sample is less than 0.50％,and the absolute deviation of the results measured by different instruments is less than 0.8％,within the 95％confidence interval,P＞0.05;The SRSD of hot water soluble content measured between different laboratories is between 0.50％and 3.98％;The results of enterprise product refraction method and gas phase method are basically the same,and the absolute difference is less than 2.00％.Measure a sample'time＜20 s.The method has good repeatability and is not limited by personnel operation.The method has good operability,reliability and reproducibility,and is suitable for rapid determination of soluble solid content in the concentrate of paper-making reconstituted tobacco.
