为准确、统一、快速地测定造纸法再造烟叶浓缩液中固形物含量(质量分数),利用折光法测定浓缩液中可溶性固含量,同步采用经典气相色谱法测定固含量,通过标准曲线的制定,进行方法的重复性、方法中间精密度及不同测定仪器间的检测对比、共同验证实验及再造烟叶企业产品测定.同一实验人员对同一个样品测定的SRSD均小于0.20%,不同实验人员对同一个样品测定的SRSD均小于0.50%,不同仪器测定的结果绝对偏差小于0.8%,在置信区间95%内,P>0.05;不同实验室之间测定的热水可溶物含量结果的SRSD在0.50%~3.98%之间;企业产品折光法、气相法测定的结果基本一致,绝对差值均小于2.00%,折光法测定一个样品时间<20 s,该方法的重复性好,同时不受人员操作限制,方法具有较好的可操作性、可靠性和再现性,适用于造纸法再造烟叶浓缩液可溶性固形物含量的快速测定.
Rapid Determination method of Soluble Solid Content in Concentrate of Reconstituted Tobacco
In order to accurately,uniformly and rapidly determine the solid content(mass fraction)in the concentrate of paper-making reconstituted tobacco,the soluble solid content in the concentrate is determined by refractometric method and by classical gas chromatography simultaneously method,through the establishment of the standard curve,the repeatability of the method,the intermediate precision of the method,the co-validation experiment,detection comparison of different measuring instruments and the determination of the products of the reconstituted tobacco enterprise.The SRSD measured by the same experimenter on the same sample is less than 0.20%,the SRSD measured by different experimenters on the same sample is less than 0.50%,and the absolute deviation of the results measured by different instruments is less than 0.8%,within the 95%confidence interval,P>0.05;The SRSD of hot water soluble content measured between different laboratories is between 0.50%and 3.98%;The results of enterprise product refraction method and gas phase method are basically the same,and the absolute difference is less than 2.00%.Measure a sample'time<20 s.The method has good repeatability and is not limited by personnel operation.The method has good operability,reliability and reproducibility,and is suitable for rapid determination of soluble solid content in the concentrate of paper-making reconstituted tobacco.
