Uncertainty Evaluation for the Determination of Selenium Content in Sweet Potato by Hydride Atomic Fluorescence Method
Evaluate the uncertainty for determination of selenium content in sweet potato by hydride atomic fluorescence method.According to JJF 1059.1-2012 and CNAS-GL006:2019,the selenium content in sweet potatoes is tested by hydride atomic fluorescence method.Establish a mathematical model, and calculate the synthesis uncertainty and extended uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty generated during the entire experimental process. The results show that the determination result of selenium in sweet potatoes is 0.162 0±0.006 9 mg/kg,k=2,p=95%.The main sources of uncertainty in the measurement process are sample measurement repeatability, work curve fitting, and method recovery rate.It provides reference and guidance for effective quality control of the process and results of the selenium content in sweet potatoes by hydride atomic fluorescence method.
