Research on Professional Development Model of Food Quality and Safety under the Background of"Big Food View"
The new development concept of"Big Food View"has put forward new requirements for the development of national food industry and the construction of vocational colleges.Based on the current development status of the food industry in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings in the construction of food quality and safety professional in vocational colleges at present.It proposes a regional development model of food quality and safety professional construction under the concept of"Big Food View",ensuring that the professional construction keeps pace with the times,deepens the mechanism of industrial-education integration,and promotes the construction of"double-qualified"teacher teams.It aims to meet the needs of applied talents in the food industry and to promote the high-quality development of the regional food industry.
