Matching the course content with the vocational standard is helpful to achieve the professional training goal,meeting the needs of vocational post ability and improving the employment competitiveness of students.Taking the core course of food quality and safety major"Food Quality and Safety Management"as an example,combined with the intermediate and senior requirements of the national vocational skill standard for food safety managers,the corresponding course learning content based on the job process is designed,effective docking from the perspective of course teaching and course evaluation is made,the teaching content on class alive is more in line with the requirements of post ability,and the achievement degree of course objectives has increased by about 9%compared with that of the previous round,so as to provide reference for the construction of other courses of this major.
