Development and Process Application of Sterile Feeding and Dissolving System and Equipment Based on UHT
The problem of nutrient deficiency in UHT milk has been solved,and a sterile feeding and dissolution system has been developed.Exogenous nutrients are added to UHT milk products through new processes.It can supplement exogenous nutrients for UHT milk in a sterile environment before UHT filling packaging.The goal of improving the nutritional value of UHT milk without affecting its shelf life has been achieved simultaneously.The demand for new product development and improving the nutritional value of UHT milk has been met.The system can be conveniently and safely linked to UHT devices,providing stable sterile dissolution solutions.Microbial retention efficiency is ≥ 107 CFU/cm2.
