建立一种超声辅助离子液体与酶法提取温郁金中姜黄素类成分的方法.首先,将温郁金鲜品晾干、粉碎,向温郁金粉体依次加入酶和离子液体,随后超声,加入乙醇,随后超声、离心,取上清液回收乙醇,经过大孔吸附树脂吸附与解吸附,得到纯度较高的姜黄素类成分.温郁金中姜黄素类成分的得率为0.303 1%,纯度为95.73%.建立了一种过程便捷的使用离子液体为绿色溶剂的温郁金中姜黄素类成分的提取方法,该种绿色溶剂能与酶协同促进细胞壁的分解,显著缩短提取时间和减少有机溶剂的使用,可与酶协同提取温郁金活性成分,可循环使用且具有较高的目标产物得率.
Extraction of Curcuminoids from Curcuma wenyujin by Ultrasonic Assisted Ionic Liquid and Enzymatic Method
Establish an ultrasonic-assisted ionic liquid and enzymatic extraction method for curcumin components of warm turmeric gold.Methods First,dry and pulverize fresh turmeric gold,add enzyme and ionic liquid to the warm turmeric gold powder in turn,ultrasonic,ethanol,ultrasonic,centrifugal,take the supernatant to recover ethanol,add petroleum ether extraction,take petroleum ether layer,and recover the extraction agent.The yield of curcumin was 0.303 1%,and the purity was 95.73%.A convenient extraction method using ionic liquid as green solvent was established for the extraction of curcumin from warm turmeric gold.The green solvent could cooperate with enzyme to promote the decomposition of cell wall,significantly shorten the extraction time and reduce the use of organic solvents,and could cooperate with enzyme to extract the active components of hot turpentine gold,which could be recycled and had a high yield of target products.
