专创融合背景下产出导向的"植物蛋白工艺学"教学实践

根据"专创融合"及新工科建设背景下对粮食工程专业的人才培养要求,在"植物蛋白工艺学"课程教学中构建以产出为导向的教学模式.整体课程内容设计包括理论基础、实践应用、深度开发、创新应用四个层面.课程实践教学与科研课题、科技竞赛及双创项目深度融合.教学内容、教学资源、教学方法和教学评价均以学生成果产出为导向.以产出为导向的"植物蛋白工艺学"的教学实践有利于学生创新创业能力的培养,为国家战略的实施和行业产业的发展提供高素质应用型人才.
Teaching Practice of Output Oriented"Plant Protein Technology"under the Background of Integration of Specialization and Innovation
According to the requirements for talent cultivation in the field of grain engineering under the background of"integration of specialization and innovation"and the construction of new engineering disciplines,an output oriented teaching model is constructed in the teaching of"Plant Protein Technology"course.The overall course content design includes four levels of theoretical foundation,practical application,deep development,and innovative application.The practical teaching of courses is deeply integrated with scientific research projects,technology competitions,and innovation and entrepreneurship projects.The teaching content,teaching resources,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation are all guided by student output.The output oriented teaching practice of"Plant Protein Technology"is beneficial for cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,providing high-quality applied talents for the implementation of national strategies and the development of industries.
