摘要
仪器分析与检测技术是广泛应用于研究和解决各种理论和基础问题的重要工具和载体,在食品质量与安全专业培养中举足轻重且不可或缺.此研究基于仪器分析与检测技术"与时俱进"的特点,针对食品质量与安全专业的毕业要求,通过严格选择"仪器分析与检测技术"课程的授课内容,明确授课重点,采用多种教学方式,依据"仪器原理解析→案例分析→实际应用"的递进模式提高学生的学习兴趣,加深对仪器方法的理解和掌握,旨在培养会思考、会应用的新工科高级专门应用型人才.
Abstract
Instrumental analysis and detection technology is an important tool and carrier widely used in researching and solving various theoretical and fundamental problems,which is crucial and indispensable in the talent cultivation for food quality and safety.Based on the characteristic of"Advance with the times"in instrument analysis and detection technology and the graduation requirements of undergraduates in food quality and safety,the study is aim to cultivate advanced practical professionals in new engineering who can think and practice by strictly selecting the teaching content of the"Instrument Analysis and Detection Technology",clarifying the teaching focus,adopting various teaching methods,and using the progressive mode of"Instrument Principle Analysis→Case Analysis → Practical Application"to enhance students'learning interest,deepen their understanding and mastery of instrument methods.
