食品卫生学和食品生物化学是高校食品类专业本科生有代表性的两门专业核心课程和专业基础课程.基于公共卫生大背景,针对两门课程基于OBE的教学模式进行探索.该教学模式聚焦"以学生为中心,以成果产出为导向"的理念,根据教育部高校大学生培养要求制定两门课程教学目标,优化教学理论和实践内容,采用OBE教学模式,推动课程建设.研究表明,基于OBE教学理念的食品卫生学和食品生物化学课程教学设计能够激发食品专业学生学习兴趣,提高学生的主观能动性,提升学生的专业素养,从而为食品类专业应用型人才的培养目标奠定坚实的基础.
The Exploration of Teaching Mode Based on OBE in the Course Construction of Food Quality and Safety Specialty
Food hygiene and food biochemistry are two representative core courses and basic courses for college students majoring in food.Based on the background of public health,this paper explores the teaching mode of two courses based on OBE.The teaching mode focuses on the concept of"student-centered and results-oriented",and formulates two courses'teaching objectives according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education for college student training,optimizes teaching theory and practice content,adopts OBE teaching mode,and promotes curriculum construction.The research indicates that the instructional design of food hygiene and food biochemistry courses,based on the teaching concept of OBE,can effectively engage students majoring in food,enhance their intrinsic motivation,and improve their professional competence.This lays a strong foundation for cultivating application-oriented talents in the field of food science.
