翻转课堂教学法在食源性病原学教学中的应用

摘要
为探索翻转课堂教学法在食源性病原学教学中的应用,以食品质量与安全专业为教学对象,利用在线教学平台,应用翻转课堂教学方法建立该课程的翻转课堂教学体系,以问卷调查和期末考核方式教学效果进行剖析和评估,总结教学过程中有待改善的教学环节.结果表明翻转课堂教学法能调动学生的学习积极性,提高教学质量,可为各高校食品类专业开展食源性病原学教学改革提供理论和实践支持.
Abstract
The application of flipped classroom teaching method in foodborne etiology teaching was explored and performed in the class of food quality and safety major.Construct the teaching system of foodborne etiology using the platform of Zhoukou Normal University.At the end of the class,the feedback of questionnaires and final assessment was analyzed,evaluated,and summarized.The reference was provided for food major of universities to carry out teaching reform of Foodbome Etiology.
