Exploration of Ideological and Political Elements in the"Food Technology"Course under the Background of China-Foreign Cooperative Education
In the context of the expanding scale of China-foreign cooperative education,it is increasingly urgent to guide students in establishing correct ideological concepts through ideological and political education.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the"Food Technology"course in the cooperation projects of food related major and the necessity of integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum.By delving into the integration points of ideological and political elements in the content of the"Food Technology"course,various integration methods that can be adopted for different parts of knowledge and the expected ideological and political effects were summarized,providing effective strategies and guidance to elevate the quality of education for students in food related major.
