摘要
在"专业+思政+创新创业"三位一体背景下,分析新时代食品专业人才培养的现状及其存在的问题.从人才培养模式、培养路径及教学改革方面出发,加强"专思创融合"教学队伍建设,构筑"专思创"三位一体人才培养模式,形成"专业是基础""思政是方向""双创是目标"的课程体系,推动专业教育、思政教育、双创教育的有机结合,形成协同育人效应.此外,高校教师要站在创新的视角打破"专思创"之间的学科壁垒,树立全新的育人理念,对人才培养体系和模式加以改革创新,明确"专思创"之间的内在联系,以立德树人为根本,培育新时代食品复合型人才.
Abstract
Under the trinity background of"professional education-ideological and political-innovation and entrepreneurship",analyze the current situation and existing problems of food professional training in the new era.From the aspects of talent training mode,training path and teaching reform,strengthen the teaching team construction of"integration of professional education,ideological and political,and mass entrepreneurship",construct a trinity talent training model of"professional education,ideological and political,and mass entrepreneurship",develop a curriculum system that"emphasizes expertise as the foundation,ideological and political education as the direction,and innovation and entrepreneurship as the goal",promote the seamless integration of professional education,ideological and political education,and innovation education to form a synergistic educating effect.In addition,college teachers should break the disciplinary barriers between"professional education,ideological and political,and mass entrepreneurship"from the perspective of innovation,and establish a new education concept.Reform and innovate the personnel training system and mode,clarify the internal connection between"professional education,ideological and political,and mass entrepreneurship",with moral education and character cultivation as the fundamental task,to cultivate the new era food compound talents.
