明晰膳文化的本质.分析"膳"字形结构,追溯其历史应用,阐述其字义,探讨膳与药结合的渊源及社会意义."膳"是以身心需求为体,以食性为用,在理论的指导下形成的菜点组合,可名可动.膳与药的组合不是加了"药"的菜点,而是药物或医疗与膳食的并称.膳文化的捋顺有利于中医理论和现代营养学理论的有效结合并在民众日常生活中的普及.
Abstract
Clarify the essence of Shàn culture.Analyze the structure of"Shàn",trace its historical application,elaborate its word meaning,and explore the origin and social significance of the combination of Shàn and medicine.The essence of Shàn is to organically integrate the combination and processing of food materials according to the performance of theory to secure the body and mind.The part of speech of Shàn can be a noun or a verb.The combination of Shàn and medicine is not a dish with added medicine,but a combination of medicine and Shàn.The collation of Shàn culture is conducive to the effective combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modem nutrition theory.
