思政元素融入"美容营养学"课程的教学改革

"美容营养学"课程是面向济南大学全校本科生的通识教育课程,有益于拓展非食品类专业学生的营养知识.文章以"美容营养学"课程的基础理论为教学改革目标,在课程思政元素的融合下对课程进行教学改革,探究了"美容营养学"课程内容与思政元素(如家国情怀、道德修养和创新和科学意识)的结合点,阐述这种融合式的教学价值和课程思政实践的教改措施.通过将思政元素有机地融入课堂中,以期为"美容营养学"课程的育人目标提供新思路和新方案,并为其他课程思政建设的研究提供理论参考.
Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Elements in"Beauty Nutrition"Curriculum
Taking the basic theory course of"Beauty Nutrition",a general education course for all undergraduate students of University of Jinan,which was beneficial for expanding the nutritional knowledge of non-food majors.In this study,the basic theory of"Beauty Nutrition"course was as the teaching reform target,the teaching reform of the course was carried out under the integration of course ideological and political,the combination of the course content of"Beauty Nutrition"and Ideological and political elements was explored,the teaching value of such integration and the teaching reform measures of the Ideological and political practice of the course were elaborated.By integrating the Ideological and Political elements into the class,it was expected to provide new ideas and schemes for the educational objectives of the course"Beauty Nutrition",and to provide theory reference for the study of ideological and political construction of other courses.
