PBL教学法结合虚拟仿真在食品化学实验教学中的应用

摘要
食品化学是食品专业的重要专业基础课,也是一门实践性很强的学科,所以实验教学是教学中的重要组成部分,而传统实验教学很难满足该课程现代教学的需要.针对食品化学实验存在的问题,探索将虚拟仿真结合PBL教学法应用于实验教学中,通过增加研究性实验教学内容、构建互动式的教学方法、多样化实验考核方式、完善的课程教学成果评价体系,最终应用于实践教学中,对食品化学课程的实验教学进行改革创新,以期培养具有食品科学特色的创新型复合人才.
Abstract
Food chemistry is an important basic course of food major and a highly practical subject,so experiment teaching is an important part of teaching,while traditional experiment teaching is difficult to meet the needs of modem teaching of this course.In view of the existing problems in food chemistry experiments,the teaching team has applied virtual simulation combined with PBL teaching method to experimental teaching in an exploratory way,striving to build a relatively perfect course evaluation system from experimental teaching content,teaching method to experimental assessment,and carry out reform and innovation in experimental teaching of food chemistry courses,with a view to cultivating innovative composite talents with food science characteristics.
