在新质生产力背景下,对大学生的创新意识、创新能力及实践能力要求越来越高.高校肩负人才培养的重任,随着食品行业的快速发展以及公众对食品营养与安全的重视,具有专业素养、创新能力和实践能力的食品专业人才需求量越来越大.劳动教育是提升食品专业大学专业技能的重要途径,可以达到以劳树德、以劳增智、以劳健体、以劳育美、以劳创新的目的.分析食品专业大学劳动教育意义及存在问题,提出"劳动教育+专业教育"教学模式,丰富劳动教育实践路径,加强学生职业技能培训,提高学生专业技能,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家培养出有理想、有本领、有担当的具有新时代劳动精神的社会主义建设者和接班人.
Practical Path of Innovative Labor Education for College Students Majoring in Food from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces
In the context of new quality productive forces,there is an increasing demand for college students to have innovative awareness,innovative ability,and practical ability.Universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of talent cultivation.With the rapid development of the food industry and the public's attention to food nutrition and safety,the demand for food professionals with professional competence,innovation ability,and practical ability is increasing.Labor education is an important way to enhance the professional skills of food majors in universities,which can achieve the goals of cultivating morality through labor,enhancing intelligence through labor,promoting physical fitness through labor,cultivating beauty through labor,and innovating through labor.Analyze the significance and existing problems of labor education in food related universities,propose a teaching model of"labor education+professional education",enrich the practical path of labor education,strengthen student vocational skills training,improves student professional skills,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with ideals,abilities,and responsibilities with the spirit of labor in the new era for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.
