The construction of top-class Undergraduate courses is the foundation of the construction of top-class undergraduate majors."Food Biochemistry"is the core basic course of food related majors and also a strong support course for the two provincial top-class majors in our college.This course mainly introduces its construction situation from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching resources,teaching design,assessment methods,and characteristic innovation,which can provide reference and guidance for promoting the construction of food science courses and teaching reform.
