Research on the Path of Ideological and Political Education Construction of Food Specialty Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges
Food major graduates in higher vocational colleges are an important force in the future of food industry.An important issue faced by vocational food majors is to address the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Based on the investigation,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the ideological and political construction and implementation process of food major courses in higher vocational colleges.From the three aspects of teaching quality assurance system construction,ideological and political education capacity construction,teaching assessment and evaluation system construction,the paper puts forward the path of ideological and political construction of food major courses in higher vocational colleges,which is helpful to improve teachers'enthusiasm for ideological and political curriculum and enhance teachers'education and teaching ability.Stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and promote their all-round development.
