摘要
三产融合是实现乡村振兴的重要抓手,而预制菜产业是推动农村一二三产业融合发展的新模式.介绍预制菜产业园一二三产融合背景,分析浏阳农业科技园、宁乡预制菜产业园区三产融合典型案例,提出强化政策支持,建立利益联结机制;加强龙头企业培育,延链聚合;加强定向培养与农民培训,培养高素质人才投身三产融合的发展路径.研究的开展为国内预制菜产业园三产融合发展提供模式借鉴和路径参考.
Abstract
The integration of the three industries is an important means to achieve rural revitalization,and the prefabricated vegetable industry is a new model to promote the integration and development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas.Introduce the background of the integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in the prefabricated vegetable industry park,analyze typical cases of the integration of tertiary industries in Liuyang Agricultural Science and Technology Park and Ningxiang Prefabricated Vegetable Industry Park,and propose strengthening policy support and establishing a mechanism for interest linkage;Strengthen the cultivation of leading enterprises and extend chain aggregation;Strengthen targeted training and farmer training,cultivate high-quality talents to participate in the development path of integrating the three industries.The model reference and path reference for the integrated development of the three industries in domestic prefabricated vegetable industry parks are provided.
