文章从农村集体资产盘活的布局和乡村振兴的内涵出发,梳理农村集体资产运行机制,以绿色食品产业发展为基础,对服务"三农"的农村集体资产信息化布局的障碍深入分析,提出信息化助力农村集体资产良好运行的有效策略.
Abstract
Starting from the layout of rural collective asset revitalization and the connotation of rural revitalization,the article combs through the operation mechanism of rural collective assets,based on the development of green food industry,analyzes the obstacles to the layout of informatization of rural collective assets in the service of the"Three Rural Areas",and puts forward the effective strategy of informatization to help the good operation of rural collective assets.
