Construction and Practice of OBE Teaching Model for Food Chemistry Course under the Background of New Agricultural Discipline
Food Chemistry is a foundational and core course in food related majors.This article takes the Food Chemistry course offered by the Food Science and Engineering major of Ningxia University as an example to introduce the construction and practical plan of OBE teaching mode.From the formation and conceptual transformation of teaching teams,revision of teaching objectives and syllabus,construction of knowledge modules,design of ideological and political content and construction of teaching case libraries,design of teaching processes guided by"student-centered and ability output",establishment of process assessment and evaluation systems,establishment and implementation of course quality evaluation systems and continuous improvement control plans,to the establishment of the OBE teaching mode,the OBE teaching reform ideas and plans for this course are systematically elaborated,aiming to improve the cultivation quality of innovative and applied food professionals.
