Exploration and Practice of Course Ideology and Politics in the Teaching of"Advanced Food Chemistry"
The course of"Advanced Food Chemistry"had strongly theoretical and applicable property and covered wide ranges,which played an important role in the improvement of the quality of postgraduate talents training in the food field.By carefully carding the knowledge points in the course of"Advanced Food Chemistry",this paper deeply excavated and refined the ideological and political elements contained in the knowledge points of this major course,and reconstructed the new curriculum system by combining the professional education with the ideological and political education.During the teaching process of professional education,the ideological and political education for the course of"Advanced Food Chemistry"was simultaneously implemented.Moreover,the organic integration of food professional education with ideological and political education for the course of"Advanced Food Chemistry"was continuously promoted in the process of consistent exploration and practice to achieve the curriculum goal for educating both of people and talents and to provide a reference for the teaching reform of ideological and political education for other professional courses related to the food field.
