运动饮料成分的研究现状与发展趋势

摘要
运动饮料是指具有一定糖含量,能为运动后的人体提供维生素和电解质的液体饮品.一般运动饮料含水量约90%,含糖量为8%~12%,无机盐含量约1.6%,维生素含量约0.2%,功能性成分含量为1%.功能性成分的添加对人体抗疲劳等功能的效果进行了阐述,对运动饮料中添加营养成分的必要性进行了总结,并分析了市场现状及新型运动饮料的发展趋势,为我国运动饮料产业的发展提供参考.
Abstract
Sports drinks refer to liquid drinks with a certain sugar content that can provide vitamins and electrolytes for the human body after exercise.Generally,sports drinks have a water content of about 90%,a sugar content of 8%-12%,an inorganic salt content of about 1.6%,a vitamin content of about 0.2%,and a functional ingredient content of 1%.This article elaborates on the effects of adding functional ingredients on human anti fatigue and other functions,summarizes the necessity of adding nutritional components to sports drinks,and analyzes the market status and development trends of new sports drinks,providing reference for the development of China's sports beverage industry.
