摘要

为适应现代产业的发展变革,社会急需大批高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才.在"新工科"背景下,对现代产业学院应用型人才培养模式的研究是重中之重.以食品科学与工程专业为例,分析现代产业学院人才培养面临的问题,提出从课程体系改革、建设高水平师资队伍、实践教学改革、创新创业教育、产学研融合发展等方面进行改革的解决方法,以期为推动全面发展的应用创新型人才培养提供参考.

Abstract

In order to adapt to the development and revolution of modem industries,the society is in urgent need of a large number of high-quality applied,composite and innovative talents.Under the background of"new engineering",the research on the applied talents training model of modem industrial college is most important.Taking the major of food science and engineering as an example,we analyze the problems faced by the talents training of modem industrial college,and put forward the solutions for reform from the aspects of the curriculum system reform,the construction of high-level teachers,practical teaching reform,innovation and entrepreneurship education,integration development of industry,university and research,in order to provide references for promoting the comprehensive development of the applied innovative talents training.
