Comparative Study on the Protein Components of Deer Skin Glue and Hide Gelatin Based on 4D-Label-Free Technology
The purpose of this paper is to reveal the information of protein components of deer skin glue and ejiao from the protein level, and to explore the differences of key proteins and metabolic pathways between deer skin glue and Donkey-hide glue. The protein subcellular location, domain,GO annotation and KEGG pathway annotation were analyzed by bioinformatics using 4D label-free quantitative proteomics. The results show that:The 4D-label-free technique was used to compare the components of deer skin glue and ejiao protein.12 451 effective maps were obtained, including 1 449 identified peptides,1 035 unique peptides,455 identified proteins, and 303 quantitative proteins.Up-regulated differential proteins are mainly concentrated in primary immunodeficiency,TGF signal pathway and diabetic complications, while down-regulated differential proteins are mainly concentrated in protein digestion and absorption, relaxin signal pathway,ECM receptor interaction, pyruvate metabolites,African trypanosomiasis,PI3K-AKT signal pathway and so on.There were 68 down-regulated proteins and 56 up-regulated proteins between deer gelatin and ejiao.Mainly involved in protein synthesis, development, adsorption, cytoskeleton, transport and other biological processes.
