采用原子吸收光谱石墨炉法测定小麦粉中镉含量的不确定度来源,并评定不确定度.按相关标准要求测定小麦粉中的镉含量,并建立数学模型,从标准溶液配制、标准工作曲线拟合、试样称量、试样消解后定容、试样重复性测量和试样前处理等方面进行不确定度分析与计算.小麦粉中的镉含量为0.022 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.002 3 mg/kg(k=2).测量过程中由标准工作曲线拟合引入的不确定度最大.
Evaluation of Uncertainty for the Determination of Cadmium Content in Wheat flour
To explore the factors affecting the uncertainty of the determination of cadmium content in wheat flour by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and to evaluate the uncertainty.Determine the cadmium content in wheat flour according to relevant standards,and establish a mathematical model.Then analyze and calculate the uncertainty from the preparation of standard solution configuration,the fitting of standard working curves(calibration curves),samples weighing,volume determination after samples digestion,the repeated determination of samples and the pretreatment of samples.The cadmium content in wheat flour was 0.022 mg/kg,obtained the result of the expanded uncertainty was 0.002 3 mg/kg(k=2).The uncertainty introduced by fitting standard working during the measurement process had the greatest impact.
