Determination and Analysis of Isothiocyanate in Feed
The content of isothiocyanates in feed directly affects the growth and health of animals,so the rapid and accurate determination of isothiocyanates in feed has become an important task in agricultural production. This paper aims to establish a method for determining the content of isothiocyanate in feed using butyl isothiocyanate as the internal standard,so as to provide scientific basis and technical support for agricultural production and inspection and testing. In the experiment, cat food was selected as a sample, isothiocyanate in the feed was extracted, and it was analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).At the same time, the accuracy of the method was verified by the spiked recovery method.Through experiments and analysis, the results showed that the isothiocyanate concentration was 0.001-1 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient(r)was greater than 0.999 9,the linearity was good, and the recovery rate of spiked was 94.5%-102.0%.Through experiments and analysis,it was concluded that the method had the advantages of high sensitivity and high accuracy, and the operation was simple, and the measurement results can be obtained quickly, which could be effectively applied to the determination and spike detection of isothiocyanate content in feed.
