摘要

参考现行有效的国家标准,旨在建立一种能够同时测定食品中9种糖和糖醇的检测方法.在高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法中,对色谱柱以及流动相进行正交试验后,根据各个物质的保留时间以及混合标准溶液的色谱图得知:使用Agilent Zorbax Carbohydrate液相色谱柱、80%乙腈水溶液作为流动相为最优选择.对于高效液相色谱示差折光法存在的葡萄糖和山梨醇、麦芽糖和麦芽糖醇难以分离的情况,文章建立的离子色谱-脉冲安培法可以解决,可以做到同时分离该九种糖与糖醇.

Abstract

With reference to the current effective national standards,this paper aims to establish a method that can simultaneously determine 9 kinds of sugars and sugar alcohols in food.In HPLC-RID method,after orthogonal experiments on the column and mobile phase,according to the retention time of each substance and the chromatogram of mixed reference material solution,it is known that:using Agilent Zorbax Carbohydrate column&80%acetonitrile water solution as mobile phase is the best choice.For the difficult separation of glucose and sorbitol,maltose and maltitol in HPLC-RID method,the ion chromatography-pulsed amperometric detector method established in this paper can solve the problem,and 9 kinds of sugars and sugar alcohols can be separated at the same time.
