Separation and Detection Technology of Nine Kinds of Sugars and Sugar Alcohols
With reference to the current effective national standards,this paper aims to establish a method that can simultaneously determine 9 kinds of sugars and sugar alcohols in food.In HPLC-RID method,after orthogonal experiments on the column and mobile phase,according to the retention time of each substance and the chromatogram of mixed reference material solution,it is known that:using Agilent Zorbax Carbohydrate column&80％acetonitrile water solution as mobile phase is the best choice.For the difficult separation of glucose and sorbitol,maltose and maltitol in HPLC-RID method,the ion chromatography-pulsed amperometric detector method established in this paper can solve the problem,and 9 kinds of sugars and sugar alcohols can be separated at the same time.
