Simultaneous Determination of 9 Glucocorticoids in Animal-Derived Foods by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry with Stable Isotopic Labeling
Establish a method for the determination of 9 glucocorticoids in animal derived foods by stable isotope labeling-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The sample was extracted with 1%formic acid in acetonitrile,and the extract was purified by pass-through solid phase extraction before being measured by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The internal standard method was used for quantification.The linear relationship of 9 glucocorticoids were good within their respective concentration ranges.The average recoveries ranged from 72.1%to 102.5%,and the relative standard deviations were between 1.4%and 9.3%(n=6).This method had the characteristics of high sensitivity,good accuracy,simple operation and high detection efficiency.It could meet the detection needs of 9 glucocorticoids in animal-derived food.
