The Method of Identifying the Origin of Chinese Mitten Crabs by Fatty Acids Fingerprint Combined with Chemometric
Chinese mitten crabs from four representative habitats in the Yangtze River Delta region was selected to analyze the fatty acid composition of Chinese mitten crabs from four habitats by gas chromatography.Afterwards, combined with chemometrics, the differences of fatty acid composition of Chinese mitten crabs from different habitats were analyzed and the fingerprint was constructed.By using ChemPattern software, the gas chromatogram of Chinese mitten crabs in four regions was analyzed, and the common pattern fingerprint was generated.Meanwhile, the similarity analysis was carried out by using Euclidean distance. The results showed that the same type of products was at the same distance from the common pattern, and had a good separation effect,so Chinese mitten crabs in four regions could be distinguished well.Besides, the consistency of classification results was verified from different angles through cluster statistical analysis and self-organizing mapping neural network analysis. This method was simple, accurate and reliable, and provides a new method for the identification of Chinese mitten crabs from different habitats.
