摘要
作为较早建立食品安全法律体系的国家,英国在食品安全方面的经验和做法有很多值得我国探讨和借鉴.文章介绍了其食品安全法律法规、标准和监管机构等相关情况,并与我国进行了简要对比,以期能够为我国的食品安全工作带来一些新思路.
Abstract
As an early country to establish a food safety legal system,UK has many experiences and practices in food safety that are worth exploring and learning from.This article introduces its food safety laws,regulations,standards,and regulatory agencies,and briefly compares them with China,hoping to bring some new ideas to China's food safety work.
