摘要

探讨预制菜生产工厂供应商的特点及供应商质量管理体系的建立.预制菜工厂供应商具有品种多、生鲜原料多、管理水平参差不齐等特点,文中提出从供应商的分类分级方法、供应商质量标准、供应商的甄选及批准程序、供应商的绩效管理等方面构建预制菜工厂的供应商管理体系,目的是为该类型企业管理供应商提供科学的方法,从而最终保证食品安全.

Abstract

The characteristics of suppliers in prefabricated dishes plant and the establishment of supplier quality management system were discussed.The suppliers of prefabricated dishes plant have many varieties,fresh raw materials and different management levels.This paper proposes to build a supplier management system of prefabricated vegetable factories from the aspects of supplier classification and classification,supplier quality standards,supplier selection and approval procedures,and supplier performance management,with the aim of providing a scientific method for this type of enterprise to manage suppliers and ensuring food safety.
