Evaluation of the Intervention Effect of Nutrition Course on College Students'Diet
To explore the influence of nutrition course on college students'dietary motivation,dietary plan and dietary behavior by using A Combined Questionnaire on Dietary Motivation,Dietary Planning and Dietary Behavior,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students who participated in the nutrition and diet course.The results before and after the course were analyzed by nonparametric test.After intervention,the median and interquartile range of intrinsic motivation dimension in the Regulation of Eating Behaviors Scale(REBS)increased from 19.0(14.3,23.0)to 19.0(16.3,23.0),and the amotivation dimension decreased from 7.0(4.0,10.0)to 6.0(4.0,10.0).The score of approach food planning dimension in the Planning of Eating Behavior Scale(PEBS)increased from 24.0(20.0,27.0)to 25.0(22.0,29.0).The score of unhealthy eating behavior dimension in Healthy and Unhealthy Eating Behaviors Scale(HUEBS)decreased from 27.0(24.0,32.0)to 26.0(24.0,31.0).Before and after the intervention of nutrition course,there were significant differences in the total 11 items from the dimensions of introjected motivation,amotivation,the approach food planning,the avoidance food planning,healthy eating and unhealthy eating(P<0.05).Nutrition course has enhanced college students'eating motivation and improved college students'diet planning as well as eating behavior,which is of great significance to promote healthy diet of college students.
