Lentinus squarrosulus is a kind of rare edible and medicinal fungi with rich nutrition.In order to better plant L.squarrosulus,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment are respectively designed of its stock culture.It is found that the most suitable carbon source of this kind of mushroom is fructose and nitrogen source is yeast powder.Moreover,inorganic salt is potassium chloride.Through orthogonal design,it can be further concluded that when fructose is 16 g,yeast powder is 10 g,and potassium chloride is 1.5 g,the nutritional combination is the most reasonable,and the mycelial growth rate is 0.60 cm/d.The artificial media components have a wide range of sources and low cost,which can be applied to the preparation of stock culture of L.squarrosulus.
