Evaluation of High Barrier Aluminum-Coated Paper Packaging in Granulated Chicken Bouillon
The application of high barrier aluminum-coated paper packaging in granulated chicken bouillon is evaluated, aiming to evaluate its substitutability for traditional aluminum foil composite packaging.By comparing the barrier properties of the two packaging materials,it is found that the high barrier aluminum-coated paper packaging slightly lags behind aluminum foil composite packaging in terms of moisture and oxygen barrier, but there is no difference in light barrier performance. In sensory evaluation and moisture testing, the high barrier aluminum-coated paper packaging shows some quality degradation under severe conditions, but performs comparably to aluminum foil composite packaging under cold storage conditions.Sensory analysis using the three-point test confirmed that there is no significant difference in sensory quality between the two packaging materials during a 10-month shelflife. The results of the study indicate that high barrier aluminum-coated paper packaging can serve as an environmentally friendly alternative to aluminum foil composite packaging, providing a new choice for green packaging of granulated chicken bouillon and contributing to the sustainable development of the food industry.
