锆化甜菜粕对模拟印染废水中核固红的吸附平衡和动力学研究

研究甜菜粕经漂白和高价锆化修饰后(ZrBSBP)对模拟印染废水中核固红的吸附工艺,包括不同工艺条件如pH、吸附剂用量、染料初始浓度、处理时间和温度等因素对染料吸附过程和吸附平衡的影响,并探讨吸附平衡和动力学机制.结果表明:甜菜粕经锆化修饰后吸附能力显著改善;适宜的吸附工艺条件为pH 7.0、吸附剂用量0.6 g、染料初始浓度100 mg/L、吸附时间60 min、温度25℃,此时染料的吸附能力是33.3 g染料/g粕;Langmuir等温吸附平衡模型可以更好地描述试验条件下树脂对染料的吸附行为,吸附过程主要是单分子层吸附,属于吸热过程;吸附动力学过程符合Lagergren方程二级吸附模型,说明该吸附以化学吸附为主.
Study on Adsorption Equilibrium and Kinetics of Nuclear Fast Red in Module Dye Wastewater on Zr(Ⅳ)-Loaded Sugarbeet Pulp
The adsorption properties of nuclear red on Zr(Ⅳ)-loaded sugar beet pulp(ZrBSBP)were studied.The effects of pH,adsorbent dosage,initial dye concentration,soaking time and temperature on the dye-adsorbing process were investigated,and the kinetics and the equilibrium of equilibrium were analyzed.The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were pH 7.0,adsorbent dosage of 0.6 g,dye concentration of 100 mg/L,adsorption time of 60 min,and adsorption temperature of 25 ℃.Under the optimum conditions,the adsorption capacity of dyes was 33.3 g dye/g ZrBSBP.The Langmuir equation could well describe the adsorption behavior of nuclear fast red on ZrBSBP.The adsorption process was mainly monolayer and endothermic.The kinetic process of adsorption conformed to the second order adsorption model of Lagergren equation.The results and conclusions could provide ideas and methods for the utilization of sugar beet pulp as a resource.
