Inheritance and Revitalization of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Snacks under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking the Intangible Cultural Heritage Taishun Rice Noodles as an Example
In the context of rural revitalization,the inheritance and revitalization of Zhejiang's intangible cultural heritage snacks have become an important force in promoting local cultural prosperity and economic development.Taking the intangible cultural heritage of Taishun rice noodles as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of the inheritance of Taishun rice noodles,including the problems such as the need to strengthen the concept of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance,and the serious homogenization of products.It systematically proposes strategies such as strengthening the inheritance of skills,carrying out education and popularization,and taking a differentiated and diversified development path,aiming to protect and inherit the traditional skills and cultural connotation of Taishun rice noodles,and to provide some inspiration and reference for the research on the inheritance and activation of food intangible cultural heritage.
