"食品卫生学"课程思政路径探索与效果评价

为了探索有效的"食品卫生学"课程思政教育路径,我校"食品卫生学"教学团队从"重塑教学目标""提升教师意识""挖掘思政元素""丰富教育形式""注重思政考核"等五个方面实施"食品卫生学"课程思政教育,并通过学生问卷的方法调查了实施效果.结果显示,绝大多数的学生对"食品卫生学"课程思政的内容、教学形式、授课教师以及授课氛围均较为满意.另外,绝大多数的学生表示自己上课时学习积极性、注意力集中度、专业兴趣以及互动意愿均较好.这些结果说明,本团队实施的"食品卫生学"课程思政教育效果是良好的,实施路径是有效的,基本达到了"立德树人"根本目标.
Exploration and Evaluation of Ideological and Political Education in the"Food Hygiene"
To explore effective ideological and political education in the"Food Hygiene"course,our school's teaching team of"Food Hygiene"implements ideological and political education in the course from five aspects:"reshaping teaching objectives","raising teacher awareness","exploring ideological and political elements","enriching educational forms",and"emphasizing ideological and political assessment".The effectiveness of this implementation is investigated through student questionnaires.The results show that the vast majority of students are quite satisfied with the content,teaching methods,lecturers,and class atmosphere of the ideological and political education in the"Food Hygiene"course.Additionally,the majority of students indicates good levels of initiative,concentration,professional interest,and willingness to interact during class.These results indicate that the ideological and political education in the"Food Hygiene"course implemented by our team has achieved good results,the implementation path is effective,and it has basically fulfilled the fundamental task of"educating people with integrity".
