From the perspective of emerging engineering education,this paper elucidates the foundational design,construction objectives,and primary strategies for integrating specialized and innovative education within the"Food Additives"course,tailored to the distinctive features of the food science and engineering discipline.The course content has been meticulously selected and aligned with appropriate pedagogical methods,seamlessly blending theoretical instruction with innovative and entrepreneurial methodologies.Additionally,the requirements for the integration of specialized and innovative education have been refined,and a detailed indicator system for such integrated courses has been established.Strategic themes for constructing an integrated specialized and innovative"Food Additives"course are proposed.This study aims to provide a reference framework for the ongoing and profound reform of the curriculum and the development of a deeply integrated mechanism for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents within the food science and engineering discipline.
