Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform in"Food Quality Management"under the Background of Ideological and Political Education
Food is essential to the people,and safety is the foremost concern in food.Food safety,a focal issue of public concern,attracts widespread attention.Effective food quality management plays a crucial role in ensuring food safety to a considerable extent.Universities serve as significant drivers accelerating the development of new productive forces.Nurturing high-quality professionals in the food industry through ideological and political education fosters advancements in food quality management.This shift aids in the transformation of the food industry from quantity-oriented to quality-oriented production,thereby contributing to the conscientious development of the food sector,which is a pivotal goal in food professional education.This paper takes the course"Food Quality Management"in the food science and engineering program at Guangdong Ocean University as a case study to explore the application of socialist core values within the curriculum.From the perspective of food quality management and aligned with the educational goals and characteristics of the course,this paper thoroughly investigates the use of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching methods.This study provides valuable insights for integrating ideological and political education into the cultivation of new productive forces.
