课程思政视角下食品质量与安全专业教学改革的探索与实践——以"食品技术原理"为例

课程思政作为一种更高要求的教育理念,从"育人"根本要求出发,进一步强化"以人为本"的思想,是新时代教育教学所遵循和提升的重要内容."食品技术原理"是食品质量与安全专业的核心课程之一,承载着培养具有知识、能力和素质的食品工程人才的责任.文章以"食品技术原理"课程为例,首先阐述课程思政教育的必要性,然后分析融入课程思政常用的教学方法,并深度挖掘采用适宜的教学形式将思政元素与课程教学有机融合的方法,最后总结得出课程思政教学改革取得的初步成效,为食品质量与安全专业课程思政教育制度体系的建立提供参考与借鉴.
Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform in the Specialty Food Quality and Safety under the Perspective of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education—Taking the"Principles of Food Technology"as An Example
As a more demanding educational concept,curriculum ideological and political education further strengthens the idea of"people-oriented"from the essential requirement of"educating",an important element to be followed and enhanced in the education curriculum in the new era."Principles of Food Technology"is one of the core courses in the specialty of Food Quality and Safety,which carries the responsibility of cultivating food engineering talents with knowledge,ability,and quality.Taking the"Principles of Food Technology"course as an example,this work expounded on the necessity of course ideology education and analyzed the teaching methods commonly used to integrate course ideology.Then,the methods of organically integrating the ideology elements with the course teaching using a suitable teaching form were deeply excavated.Finally,the initial results of the teaching reform of the curriculum of ideological and political education were summarized.This study could provide a reference for the establishment of the course ideology education system for the specialty of Food Quality and Safety.
