粮食工程毕业设计"1+2+6"培养体系探索与研究

针对当前粮食工程毕业设计环节流程把关不严、培养质量不高等问题,基于产教融合和多元协同的培养理念,创新构建"1+2+6"培养体系,即:明确1个目标,培养具有创新能力的复合型人才;涵盖2个方面,采用毕业设计双导师制度,以确保学校和企业资源的双重支持;注重培养6种核心能力,包括职业道德、专业知识、协作能力、创新能力、学习能力和操作技能.以学生、社会、国家3个层面需求为目标导向,紧跟学科发展及现代粮油食品行业创新型人才需求,对毕业设计论文的质量目标、培养模式、评价体系进行升级,并对毕业设计论文指导质量进行动态监测、分析、改进,稳步推动粮食工程专业毕业设计模式及培养质量的优化提升.
Exploration and Research on"1+2+6"Cultivation System for Graduation Design of Grain Engineering Based on Industry—Teaching Integration and Multi-Collaboration
Aiming at the current problems of laxity in the process of grain engineering graduation design and low quality of cultivation,the"1+2+6"cultivation system(Make a clear goal to cultivate compound talents with innovative ability;It covers two aspects,and adopts the double tutor system of graduation project to ensure the double support of school and enterprise resources;Focus on the cultivation of six core competencies,including professional ethics,professional knowledge,collaboration,innovation,learning and operational skills)was constructed innovatively based on indus-try-teaching integration and multi-collaboration.Taking the needs of students,society and the country at three levels as the goal orientation,and following the development of the discipline and the demand for innovative talents in the modern grain,oil and food industry,the quality objectives,training mode and evaluation system of the graduation design thesis were upgraded.In addition,the quality of graduation design thesis guidance was dynamically monitored,analyzed,and improved to steadily promote the optimization of graduation design mode and cultivation quality in grain engineering.
