黄酒是一种具有中国特色的老酒,因其独特的风味而受到消费者的喜爱.文章对黄酒的分类、各种类型风味成分及其影响因素进行了探讨,旨在为理解酿造过程中多样化的风味成分,优化黄酒的口感,提高其整体品质提供依据.

Abstract

Huangjiu is an old wine with Chinese characteristics,which is beloved by consumers for its unique flavor.This article explored the classification of Huangjiu,various types of flavor compounds and its influencing factors,aiming to providea basis for understanding the diversified flavor components in the brewing process,optimizing the taste of Huangjiu,and enhancing its overall quality.
