The experimental course is an indispensable practical part of the food chemistry curriculum.It is an essential means to improve students'professional abilities,whereas laboratory safety is the foundation of the construction of this experimental course.By taking the typical experiments of the food chemistry experimental course as examples,this article summarized and reflected on the safety issues existing in food chemistry laboratories,the findings may provide a reference for the construction of food laboratory safety and ideas for the high-quality construction of food chemistry experimental courses.
