In the context of the main foodization of potato,the potato products have developed rapidly,and the industrial chain continues to extend,especially the processing links showing a strong development momentum.Various products have played an important role in food processing,chemical industry,materials and other fields,but the corresponding ones are correspondingly.The product inspection and testing capabilities are still insufficient.There is no sound inspection and testing standard system for potato products.It is generally risky and challenges that the inspection institutions have uneven development,insufficient inspection and testing capabilities,and weak scientific research capabilities.Introduce the main types of potato products at home and abroad,and profoundly analyze the problems existing in the current inspection and testing status.Combined with the actual production of the production of the potato industry,reasonable suggestions are made,and the corresponding inspection and testing is matched on the basis of enriching the types of products.Standard system,increase the proportion of talent training and funding,in order to provide certain new ideas for the development of potato products,and push the quality of potato products to a higher development sequence.
